1. Clients

2. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive treatments at our studio.
3. Appointment Only
Our clinic operates strictly on an appointment-only basis. We do not accept walk-in clients. To ensure that you receive the best possible service, please schedule your appointment in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or non-compliance with our cancellation policy will result in a 100% charge of the treatment fee.
5. Arriving for Appointments
We value your time and strive to provide a prompt and efficient service. Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the full allotted treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
6. Payment
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the treatment. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
7. Liability
At Minalee.london, we take pride in delivering high-quality services and products. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we want to assure you that we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly and hold full public insurance.
Liability for our services and products is limited to the terms and conditions specified in our agreement or as mandated by applicable law. We will not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products.
8. Intellectual Property
Refers to the legal rights that are granted to individuals or organisations for their creations or inventions. It includes intangible assets such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. Here are some key points about intellectual property:
A. Copyright: Copyright protects original works of authorship, such as books, music, artwork, and software. It gives the creator exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and display their work.
B. Trademarks: Trademarks protect brands, logos, and slogans that distinguish goods or services from others in the marketplace. They help consumers identify and differentiate between products or services.
C. Patents: Patents grant inventors exclusive rights to their inventions, preventing others from making, using, or selling the invention without permission. Patents encourage innovation by providing inventors with a limited monopoly on their creations.
D. Trade Secrets: Trade secrets are confidential and valuable information that provides a competitive advantage to a business. Examples include manufacturing processes, customer lists, and formulas. Trade secrets are protected through confidentiality agreements and other measures.
E. Licensing: Intellectual property owners can license their rights to others, allowing them to use or exploit the intellectual property in exchange for royalties or other considerations. Licensing can be a way to monetize intellectual property while retaining ownership.
F. Enforcement: Intellectual property rights can be enforced through legal actions, such as filing lawsuits against infringers. Remedies for infringement may include injunctions, damages, and the seizure of infringing goods.
It is important to respect and protect intellectual property rights to encourage innovation and creativity. If you have any specific questions or concerns about intellectual property, feel free to let us know!
9. Right to Complain
We value your feedback and strive to provide an exceptional experience. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our services or products, we encourage you to reach out to us within a reasonable time frame.
To address your concerns effectively, please provide us with a detailed description of the issue, including relevant documents or evidence. We will thoroughly investigate your complaint and take appropriate actions to rectify the situation.
We aim to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner. However, if you feel that your complaint has not been adequately addressed, you may refer the matter to an external dispute resolution scheme or relevant regulatory body.
Please review and adhere to these terms of business when booking and receiving treatments at MinaLeeLondon Face Studio. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact us at minaleelondon@gmail.com
